Dave’s the one who knows a guy. Or a print vendor. Or a sound tech. Or a borough manager from two towns over. With a career in graphic arts that spans coasts and decades, he’s fluent in all things communication: print, digital, video, PR, merch, you name it. He’s also the reason we somehow always end up with the right connection at the right time.

A natural collaborator (and an even better guitar player), Dave brings curiosity, rhythm, and real-world problem-solving to everything we do. His superpower? Making things — and people — work better together.

Steve Fillmore

Steve’s the one who takes our big ideas and makes sure they land. He leads layout for The Local, crafts sidebars and callouts from scratch, and keeps projects moving from first draft to final delivery. He’s also the bridge between our team, our clients, and our print partners — keeping everyone in the loop and every box accounted for.

From mapping out a publication to double-checking the print run, Steve’s work is thoughtful, thorough, and dependable. He keeps everything running smoothly even when the cat’s in a mood.

Writer, editor, designer, photographer, idea machine — if it needs doing, Carolyn’s probably already halfway through it. She touches nearly every part of East Falls Media’s work, from research to final results, always with a focus on clarity, community, and connection.

Whether she’s interviewing a borough official, laying out a flyer, or snapping a photo that ends up on the front page, she brings a rare mix of curiosity, care, and creative instinct. She may not love being in front of the camera, but we’ve got her fingerprints all over the frame.
